The range of air compressor motor that we are offering to our customer is a fine set up of piston, MBC cylinder, valve plates, cooler, crank shaft, pressure switch and diaphragm pressure switch. These motors are highly rugged in structure owing to its less moving parts, which also in turns improved its operational life. Available in two types i.e single phase and three-phase, these motors are provided with straight & right angled reducers, and several flange options to ensure their maximum usability.
Additional Details:
- Cylinder is made up of cast iron
- Valve plates are made up of high grade stainless steel to offer maximum heat resistance and efficiency
- The in-built cooler made from aluminium restricts the formation of carbon and keeps the motor temp. low while running
- Diaphragm switch allows the automatic on/off venting and restarts the compressor unit on no load
- Roller bearings are dynamically balanced with crank shaft to drive the compressor unit
