The Automatic Oil Filling Machine works on a volumetric basis with diving nozzles. The unit is a compact, multifunctional automatic oil filling solution, contained beautifully in stainless steel, matt finished body, and it includes a stainless steel slat conveyor, a reciprocating nozzle with self-centering devices, and a stainless steel syringe. The machine senses the thingness of the container before the oil fills. In the case of no container, the machine stops the oil filling process.

As industries transposed toward bespoke packaging to meet the needs of a diverse client base where wholesale clients’ hanker for larger pack sizes and retail users are inclined towards smaller pack sizes.

In a Conventional piston/syringe-based oil filling system, syringes of motley sizes are required to meet the needs. These criteria can be met with multi-head servo pump-based liquid filling devices. The PLC-based control panel may effortlessly mutate the pack size without requiring any component changes. The pump regulates the coarse and fine filling for more precision. Empty containers are through the rotating turntable, fed under the discharge nozzle via a slat conveyor. A pneumatic actuator stops the bottle and maintains it in the correct position for filling as soon as the empty containers reach under the discharging nozzle.

When the desired quantity is reached, the machines automatically stop and the containers are released for the next cycle. Containers that have been filled, can be fed into the next process of automatic capping and labeling equipment. Clients can request multi-level password protection, data logging, reporting, and pre-set recipes for one-touch actions. For high-speed, high-volume filling, the machine can be equipped with a 4/6/8 head.
