Indian Machine Mart is the top supplier of electric air dryer. The air dryer works in three modes: the drying mode, the regeneration mode, and pressurization mode. In drying mode, wet saturated compressed air from pre filters set is taken through the inlet valve to desiccant bed tower. This results in absorbing moisture vapor and dries air to need dew point.
In regeneration mode, the absorbed moisture is desorbed and regeneration occurs. In pressurizing mode, to avoid pressure fluctuations at dryer outlet, regeneration mode tower is placed for pressurization.
