Book Carriage Clamp – This is designed for holding the book easily for applying a uniform pressure. The clamping can be adjusted as per the need
Back Milling Station – The milling station is used to give effective exposure to the paper fiber due to its adjustable roughening teeth. Users can also increase or decrease the profundity of milling cutter.
Nipping Station – Motor based nipping station applies the pressure on the spines and sides of the book evenly with the help of its forward and reverse mechanism continuously for the specified time. The operation of nipping can be controlled and adjusted by the timer provided in the control panel.
Hot Melt Gluing Section – This system is designed for fixing the binding. Equipped with roller & scrapper mechanism, user can specify the thickness of the glue film with the help of adjustable doctor blades
